Workshop \ Green Fuel is Renewable Energy Future      

Manger of Energy and Renewable Energies Technology Center (Assistant Professor Mohammed A. Fayad) held workshop entitled “Green fuel is renewable energy future” on Monday, 10/28/28/1024 at 11:00 am, which was attended by the center’s staff. The workshop included the following points:

• Identifying biofuels, which is one of the sources of clean energy derived from living organisms (animal, vegetable) and its effective importance in reducing the environmental pollution caused by the sources of fossil energy.
• Explaining the benefit that some countries have reached by those who used this clean energy and their developed research in this field.
• Encourages the specialized researchers in this field to make a research related to this energy and work to develop it in order to encourage the use of this clean energy in Iraq.

The workshop ended by answering questions and inquiries.   

 Workshop \ How to get a good Scientific Paper published in WOS indexed journals       

Manger of Energy and Renewable Energies Technology Center (Assistant Professor Mohammed A. Fayad) managed workshop entitled “How to get a good Scientific Paper published in WOS indexed journals?”. The workshop organized by the Office of the Scientific Assistant in cooperation with the Energy and Renewable Energies Technology Center in Al-Kindi Hall on Wednesday, 23/10/2024 at 10:00 am in the college of Electromechanical Engineering at the University of Technology. The Dean of the College (Assistant Professor Dr. Ghassan Abdul Al-Hussein Bilal) was attained the workshop and heads of the college branches and a number of teaching staff and postgraduate students.

The lecturer indicates that the good writer needs to read large numbers of journals with a high impact factor to collect information on the topic in which he would like to write and form a correct idea about the research. The lecturer also provides good information about the journals in web of science indexed and how to publish scientific research in these journals.

 At the end of the workshop, the Dean of electromechanical engineering college presented acknowledgement and appreciation to the manger of the center for rich workshop in details and scientific information. This workshop could be served as a plan for researchers that wishing to publish their research. The workshop ended by answering questions and inquiries.
