Workshop \ Speicher massacre in Iraq... a story of sacrifice and defiance
The Energy and Renewable Energy Technology Center held a workshop entitled (Speicher massacre in Iraq... a story of sacrifice and defiance) on ’Monday, 14/10/2024, which was attended by the center’s staff. The lecturer (Assistant Prof. Salman Hussain Omran) from Energy and Renewable Energies Technology Center, University of Technology-Iraq, is participated in the workshop. The workshop aims to to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the Speicher massacre. The workshop concludes with a prayer for the souls of the innocent, murdered martyrs to be forgiven.

The lecturer (Assistant Prof. Salman Hussein Imran) is one of the lecturers from the Energy and Renewable Energies Technology Center, University of Technology- Iraq, participated in the Second International Conference on Modern Directions and Applications in Artificial Intelligence, held at Al-Farahidi University from 2-3/10/2024. The research participating in the conference is part of the research plan inside center for the academic year 2024-2025 and is entitled
“Controlling Robotics Manipulator for Inverse Kinematics using Artificial Intelligence”.

I graduated from University of Baghdad /College of Science in 2017 and was awarded my B.Sc. in Physics. In 2021, I completed the M.Sc. course in Physics/Laser and Molecular and was awarded M.Sc. degree from University of Baghdad. I am currently an assistant professor working at the Energy and renewable Energies Technology Centre University of Technology as an academic researcher. My research area is Synthesis and Study the Photocatalytic Behavior of TiO2 Nanostructures Doped with Ni Using Magnetron Sputtering technique.
