Assistant Prof. Salman Hussein Omran from the Energy and Renewable Energies Technology Center, University of Technology - Iraq, has author and publish an international book in cooperation with authors from the University of Technology and Politehnica University of Bucharest/Romania. The published book entitled
"Hydraulic Power Plants: A Textbook for Engineering Students”
The book was published by Bentham Books publisher in Singapore and the book describes the construction of hydraulic power stations. The book includes the most important specifications, practical examples, and issues that can be applied in the practice of designing hydroelectric power stations, pumping stations, and pump installation.
