University of Technology lost one of its staff members (Assistant Professor Dr. Abbas Zghair Salman), head of the solar energy department at the Energy and Renewable Energies Technology Center on September 26, 2019 after a long struggle with the disease.

The Center established a memorial council for his soul on Wednesday 2/10/2019. The Council was attended by the President of the University and his assistants and a crowd of heads of departments,Research centers and university staff.
